🚀 We’re Hiring: Training & Development Specialist In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing talent internally while also strengthening client engagement through impactful product education and onboarding experiences. 🎯 Main tasks ✨ Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in company processes, technical workflows, and business operations ✨ Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for employees, managers, and external clients ✨ Support new hires and new clients through their first onboarding stages ✨ Design impactful course materials, presentations, and e-learning content ✨ Track training metrics and performance data to measure effectiveness ✨ Coordinate all training logistics, schedules, and learning activities 🌟 Requirements ✔ 2+ years of experience in Training & Development, including both internal teams and external clients ✔ 3+ years of Customer Service experience ✔ Advanced English (90%+ written and verbal) ✔ Strong MS Office skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Forms, and SharePoint ✔ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities ✔ Outgoing personality with strong decision-making skills ✔ Detail-oriented and highly service-focused ✔ Creative, self-driven, and proactive mindset ✔ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills 💼 We Offer 💵 Base salary: $975 🎯 Potential monthly bonus: up to $300 🗓 Schedule: Monday–Friday on site at Unicentro zona 10 ⏰ 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM If you’re excited about building learning experiences that improve performance and create exceptional client outcomes , we’d love to meet you. 📩 Apply today through LinkedIn or send us your updated resume in English to recruitmentgt@resident
